Every acquisition begins in Asia. We source motor yachts through the mature — and largely private — brokerage market of South-East Asia, where quietly-held vessels rarely reach a public listing. Our partners on the ground in Singapore, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Phuket and beyond bring us hulls that never surface through European channels. The vessel is then prepared for whichever market the owner calls home.

The heart of the practice. We refit and refine yachts at a selected circle of yards in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam — where the standard of craftsmanship, the price of skilled labour, and the availability of dry-dock capacity together allow work that would be impossible, or imprudent, in Europe. From a subtle interior renewal to a full ten-year refit, we assemble the yard, the designers, the cabinetmakers and the class surveyors, and hold the programme together on your behalf.

Once refined, a vessel must find its way home. We manage the full onward passage from the Asian yard to the owner's cruising ground — whether the Mediterranean, the Adriatic, the Caribbean or the Northern European coast — either on her own keel with a delivery crew, or as deck cargo aboard a semi-submersible yacht carrier. Every certificate, stamp and formality is presented as a single, quiet dossier at handover.
